Consolidated Holdings, Inc.

Greg is a graduate of Emporia State University with a degree in business/accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant. He is currently President of Consolidated Holdings Inc., a consulting services and development company owned by Jack DeBoer, which coordinates and provides financial and development services. Greg is a founding member of the Wichita Business Investment Group, a member of Young Presidents Organization, the Wichita Area Outlook Team, and a volunteer for Literacy Resources.

In 1997, Greg became partners with Jack DeBoer in renovating the historic Keen Kutter warehouse, an 80,000 sq.ft. building built in 1906. It has since been turned into one of Wichita's premier hotels, the 155-suite Hotel at Old Town.

They have also partnered in the renovation of the downtown Wichita Cambridge Suites and its addition of 24 suites, as well as Polo Club Apartments, Kansas' finest rental housing community. Other local projects currently owned or participated by the Consolidated Holdings group of companies include Lakepoint Office Park, Fountain Square, Manning & Smith Insurance and Wichita Air Services. Currently, Consolidated Holdings is developing upscale apartments and boutique hotels, predominantly in the Midwest.
