Tom Johnson has been a member of the real estate community for almost thirty years and has worked in virtually every aspect of the industry. Most recently, he provided brokerage and consulting services through his firm Trinity Realty Advisers, LLC. Tom has served as President of CB Richard Ellis/Oklahoma and as Vice President of the Commercial/Investment Division of J. P. Weigand & Sons, Inc. He was also owner of The Cornerstone Companies, which provided residential and commercial development services in the area of site selection, market analysis and feasibility.
"TJ" holds the prestigious CRE (Counselor of Real Estate) designation from the American Society of Real Estate Counselors (The Counselors of Real Estate). He has directed and conducted market research, feasibility studies, disposition and acquisition advisory services and corporate counseling in over thirty states.
He is a business school graduate of Wichita State University and has pursued a broad range of industry related continuing education and designation courses of study and seminars. He is a candidate for both the CRB (Council of Real Estate Brokerage Managers) and CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist) designations.
Tom has served as a speaker and guest lecturer on marketing, research, feasibility analysis, brokerage and general real estate topics for numerous university groups, corporations, institutions and civic organizations. He has presented numerous programs on brokerage management, strategic planning and sales professional training.
Active in the industry, Tom has served as a Director of the Oklahoma and Kansas Associations of Realtors and the Tulsa and Wichita Associations of Realtors. He is a Past President of the Wichita Association of Realtors, a founding member of the Wichita Commercial Realtor's Council and chairman of the Commercial and Investment Division of the Tulsa Board. He has served on a number of NAR committees at the national level. He is currently a board member for the Greater Wichita Convention & Visitors Bureau and is a member of Downtown Rotary Club.
