Saddle Ranch Chop House
Saddle Ranch is the first in a series of high-profile entertainment restaurants in WaterWalk. Based in Los Angeles, Saddle Ranch is a steak place but has a varied menu, including s'mores for dessert that can be made fireside in the outdoor dining patio. It includes dancing, plentiful video screens and boot-shaped shot glasses. And while it might be western, it's not really country. It’s a high-energy rock western chop house best known for its mechanical bull in the middle of the dining room.
