WaterWalk Place, the first major mixed use building in Wichita, is under construction. Scheduled for completion as a part of the WaterWalk grand opening in late summer 2008, it features 48 upper end residential units, the home of the Wichita Convention & Visitors Bureau, the WaterWalk offices and a 490 car parking garage.

Overlooking the public plaza and the amphitheater, with its $1.5 million Liquid Fireworks water feature, the 16,000 sq. ft. of available space provides the ideal location for serving visitors, residents and tenants of WaterWalk and all of downtown. The first floor space, ranging from 750 to 7,050 sq. ft., provides great flexibility, tremendous exposure and exciting signage opportunities. A covered pedestrian promenade and a landscaped public gathering area with tables and chairs is located just steps from the front door.
