(Wichita, KS) WaterWalk today announced it has signed a multi-year lease with Pulaski Bank Home Lending, a subsidiary of St. Louis based Pulaski Bank. Located in the emerging WaterWalk development downtown, the office will serve as the firms' home base as it enters the Wichita market.
The loan production office will occupy nearly 1,600 square feet in Suite 102 of WaterWalk Place. "We are pleased to welcome Pulaski Bank Home Lending to WaterWalk", said Doug Rupe, Executive Vice President of WaterWalk. "We have seen a renewed interest of office users looking for quality space downtown, and this announcement represents the next step for WaterWalk and for Pulaski," he said.

Founded in 1922, Pulaski Bank operates 12 bank locations in the St. Louis metropolitan area, and three loan production offices in the Kansas City metropolitan area and Godfrey, IL. The office will be managed by Mitch Crouch, Senior Vice President.  "We are excited to become a part of the vision of WaterWalk as the development moves forward. From the start of our search we were very interested in WaterWalk. It is strategically located and will permit us to provide convenient service to our customers throughout the region.  We look forward to being a part of the success of WaterWalk," he said.

Marlin Penner of John T. Arnold Associates and Rob Pestinger of Coldwell Banker Plaza Real Estate handled the lease transaction.

Construction will begin within the next few weeks. Opening of the offices will occur after the first of the year.
