WaterWalk Partners Announce Management Structure

Wichita, KS – WaterWalk Partners today announced a management alignment designed to accelerate development of WaterWalk in downtown Wichita. Under the structure the day to day oversight and control of the project will be directed by Consolidated Holdings, Inc., a company owned by Jack DeBoer and Greg Kossover.
Construction of the water features and gardens on the west side of the building are nearing completion, and new focus will be placed on doing what it takes to move the project forward.  Additional resources will be invested with emphasis on starting new development within WaterWalk. Consolidated Holdings will be aggressive in cooperating with the City of Wichita and development partners for the multi-faceted property, including fully developed sites that remain available for entertainment, office, hotel, residential, and retail development.
Together the City and the development partners have completed development projects with Gander Mountain, Wichita Area Association of Realtors, and WaterWalk Place, the nearly 385,000 square foot building located on Main Street which includes the 495 space parking garage. One-third of the homes in the 46-unit condominium have been sold. Models are open everyday and sales continue to be made. Condominium prices begin at $200,000 and spectacular three level homes are $600,000 and up. Each home has its own private, enclosed garage within the parking garage, a unique feature uncommon to condominiums or loft apartments. Balconies overlook the entire development to the west.

Nearly 30,000 square feet of office and retail has been completed, with over half of the space already occupied by tenants including the Wichita Convention and Visitors Bureau, Sunflower Title, and WaterWalk management offices. Fabulous Salon and Gifts is finishing improvements and will also call WaterWalk home before year-end. The retail and office space is the only space available in Wichita with drive-up covered parking for all tenants and customers.
Jack DeBoer of Consolidated Holdings stated that “WaterWalk is strategically located along the river in an exciting area of downtown Wichita, and my goal is to continue the quality development but at a faster pace, and to make all Wichitans’ proud of this exciting and vitally important part of their downtown."
